1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of The Voyants (the “Service”), operated by [Operator legal/trading name] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, buying a reading, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see “Changes to these Terms”). The Service and these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. What we offer

The Voyants connects you with professional readers for two kinds of reading: (a) Written questions — you choose a reader, ask your question by voice or text, and receive a written answer, normally within 24 hours; and (b) Live chat — you buy a timed session (15, 30 or 40 minutes) and exchange messages with an available reader in real time until the time runs out.

Your message and the reader’s answer are automatically translated between your language and Portuguese. Where you record a voice message, we keep your original audio so your reader can hear it.

Readings are written by real people, not by automated “AI fortune-telling”.

4. The nature of readings — important

Readings are provided for guidance, reflection and entertainment only. They are personal interpretations and opinions. They are NOT professional advice and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or other professional services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or any particular result or outcome. You are solely responsible for the choices and actions you take. For health, legal, financial or safety matters, please consult a suitably qualified professional.

The Service is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a relevant helpline immediately.

5. Prices and payment

The full price is always shown before you pay, in euro (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Current prices — written questions: €19.99 (1 question), €39.99 (3 questions), €59.99 (5 questions); live sessions: €29.99 (15 min), €59.99 (30 min), €89.99 (40 min).

All payments are one-time and upfront. There is no subscription, no per-minute billing, and we never store your card to charge you silently. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect a purchase you have already made.

6. Delivery

For written questions we aim to deliver your answer within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee, and it may take longer at busy times. For live sessions, your paid time begins when the chat opens and ends when the timer runs out; messages cannot be sent after the session has ended.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Our readings are digital content and services supplied at your request. As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases. However, by buying a reading or session and asking us to begin straight away, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the reading has been delivered or the live session has started.

We may, at our discretion, refund or re-deliver where a reading was not delivered, where a live session failed for technical reasons on our side, or where the law requires it. To request a refund or raise a problem, contact us at oracle@thevoyants.com.

8. Your conduct

You agree to provide accurate information; to use the Service lawfully and respectfully; not to abuse, harass, threaten or discriminate against readers or staff; not to submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content; not to use a reading to harm yourself or others; and to keep to a single account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You can change your language, delete your questions, or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Intellectual property

The Voyants brand, name, logo, website and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

You keep ownership of the question and any voice recording you submit. You grant us the licence we need to provide the Service — to store it, transcribe it, translate it and deliver it to your reader. The answer you receive is licensed to you for your own personal use; please do not resell it or publish it for others.

11. The readers

Readers are independent professionals whom we feature and facilitate. We are responsible for operating the platform; the content of each reading reflects the individual reader’s own interpretation.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and may carry out maintenance that causes some downtime. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and we will notify you of significant changes where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or where we are required to by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
